Who we are
This notice explains how your personal data is processed through saifmuhtar.com. The data controller is RumahHQ Development Sdn Bhd.

What we collect
What you enter in the enquiry form: name, email, phone number (optional), organisation and your answers about the enquiry. We also record the page you submitted from and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) when present. We never ask for an IC number.

Why
To answer your enquiry or invitation and prepare a proposal. If you agree separately, to send occasional articles and event news.

Who processes it for us
Our hosting and bot-protection provider (Cloudflare), the workflow automation tool and customer-management system we operate, and our email provider.

How long
The temporary copy in the website's store is deleted 30 days after it is forwarded, and at most after 90 days. Records in the customer-management system are kept while needed for the business relationship, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, withdraw marketing consent, or have it deleted, by contacting us at the address below.

Analytics
When enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and never records form contents.
